Sein Moe, D.D.S. is a highly experienced and board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing advanced surgical care with compassion, precision, and individualized attention. With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Moe has built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery services, including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, facial and dental infection treatment, bone grafting procedures, biopsies, and safe sedation dentistry.
Dr. Moe graduated on the Dean’s List from Northwestern University Dental School and earned multiple distinctions, including selection for the National Dental Honor Society and membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon fraternity, recognizing exceptional academic achievement and leadership. He continued his professional training through rigorous Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residencies at the University Medical Center at the University of Florida in Jacksonville and at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.
Before establishing his long-standing practice in Naples, Florida, Dr. Moe spent five years in private practice in Connecticut, performing the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Since 2001, he has served as the Doctor/Owner of Collier Oral Surgery and Implant Center, where he remains committed to delivering the latest surgical techniques and patient-centered care to the local community.
Dr. Moe is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Society, and the Collier County Dental Association, where he previously served on the Executive Committee. His dedication to professional excellence is reinforced by his status as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, reflecting the highest standards of knowledge, training, and clinical expertise in the specialty.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Moe has contributed extensively to community care. He has volunteered services to survivors of domestic violence through the Shelter for Abused Women and Children, participated in the Dental Lifeline Network’s Donated Dental Services Program, supported veterans, and offered care to local residents through Dentistry from the Heart events. His commitment to education includes prior roles as a Clinical Instructor at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and as a Gross Anatomy Teaching Assistant.
Throughout his career, Dr. Moe has earned multiple professional awards, including recognition from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Illinois State Dental Society, and Northwestern University Dental School. He has also delivered presentations at regional dental society meetings on topics such as asthma in the dental clinic and anaphylactic shock.
